Returns

Because we take great care in listing items, we don't accept returns. Please read the below policy:

Please read the items product description properly before purchasing. I describe and photograph all flaws on the garments, and they are priced fairly and accordingly.

All of the items on this site have lots of life left in them. We don't stock items with flaws that will affect its integrity. 

To prevent a customer returning something because it doesn't fit properly, we give accurate measurements on each item based on the label and on the actual fit. If you are ever unsure, we are happy to send more photographs and give specific measurements, so please message us on Instagram: @ironchild_vintage, email us ironchildvintage@gmail.com, or use the 'contact us' form.

We will accept returns in exceptional circumstances. Please just get in touch and tell me the situation, if an item is damaged by you, we cannot issue a refund. We do not do a free return service. You will need to cover postage, this is a small business, and shipping is expensive. A refund will not be issued until the item is received back at my address. I would strongly recommend sending used a signed for service also. 

Shipping rates

All items are dispatch within 2 days. Please make sure you enter your correct address. We are not liable if you provide the incorrect details. 

We always send via Royal Mail 24 or 48, which is a tracked service. 

We receive a notification when an item arrives at your address. If an item does not arrive with you after 10 days, we will start a claim with the courier and we can refund you. 

International Customers 

We do ship internationally. Please email us with what you'd like to purchase and we can let you know how to proceed.
