Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Based in the UK, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service, so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery with peace of mind. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.

Free delivery on orders over £60

For orders under £60, shipping costs are capped at £3.50 regardless of weight/size.

For international customers, please contact us through our Contact Us page to place your order. This is because taxes and delivery costs vary by destination and will need to be calculated manually.

Returns Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We provide detailed information about sizes and the condition of every item, so please be sure to review these details carefully before making a purchase as we are unlikely to accept a return for these reasons.

If you are unsatisfied with your item, we accept returns on purchases in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note that we are unlikely to pay for return postage. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of sending the item back to us. Only under exceptional circumstances will we reimburse postage costs.

All items are inspected and photographed before delivery for insurance reasons. Should an item become damaged or lost in transit it will be up to the buyer to seek compensation from the courier although we will aid with proof via photographs/tracking info.

We include thorough condition information and measurements in all our product listings but we understand mistakes can still be made. Once the return has been accepted we will begin the refund process after the item has arrived with us and we are happy that the item is in the same condition as how it was sent.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning items, as we will not be responsible for lost parcels and will not offer reimbursement if a return is lost in transit.

To initiate a return, contact us via ironchildvintage@gmail.com or via the contact us * form with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can return the item, and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
