After extensive digging it seems like it is a 1970's FBI Sports academy t-shirt made for various sports but seems like the style of Football/Soccer t-shirts at the time.
Never found anything like this before, wouldn't have thought the FBI would have a sportswear range?
Great condition, barely any signs of wear.
